I started a food/excersice journal today at www.myfitnesspal.com. Hopefully this journal along with morning Spin Class will help me lose 20 pounds by my birthday - September 18th. This is my first serious "weight loss goal" in a long time. Keeping up with each meal (bite/crumb) is so teadious but I have seen it work for me in the past and hopefully again in the coming months.
Inspiration for this (besides better health): An upcoming 2009 Summer Cruise and desperatly wanting to shop at White House/Black Market (www.whitehouseblackmarket.com) without feeling like a whale.
I love this dress - I have a lot of hard work ahead of me ...
